  Such a nice place! I love the upper deck area near the bar, and the wait staff was very accommodating and the food came very quickly! I live closer to another location but I find myself always coming back here! The manager Uzi is so kind and the bartender Shay was very sweet .Definitely going to come back.

  The waitress was very nice however did not deliver food as ordered. We waited for her to resurface but had to ask someone else for help. We had to wait for the corrections and the rest of the meal was then cold. They made no attempt to reheat or replate with fresh hot food. The Manager did ask if everything was ok but I was not interested in having the conversation about the service at that time. We went to grab something to eat while a sick loved one was having surgery at a nearby hospital. We needed to get back and had already been there well over an hour at an uncrowded restaurant. More training needed.

  This TGI Fridays located on Sunrise Highway right next to Lexus of Rockville Centre usually seats customers quickly. The customer service experience with them has always been from really good to excellent. Food tends to be served hot while being prepared to please the taste buds. The high quality of food impresses based on multiple visits to this establishment. The parking lot design permits ample options as availability can be found around the entire building at the back, sides and beyond in sort of a "U" formation. If you're a fan of the franchise, I recommend this TGI Fridays. Furthermore, a pleasant experience can be enjoyed by first timers.
