    Sales Manager John Lane was one of the rudest and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Was quoted a price over the phone. Showed up today with checkbook in hand. Met my sales rep who was awesome through the entire process. He then hands me his cell phone b/c the manager John wants to tell me he cannot give me the price that was quoted. I then said, "what? You aren't going to give me the price discussed?" He then snapped and said "you heard me, and you know what? Get the hell out of the store, I do not want your business!" I have calls into David Karp and have written a letter to Volvo corporate. Go someplace else.
