From the minute you walk into the studio space, you can feel the positive and vibrant energy. Coming here has helped me through some challenging and rough times in my life and so happy I stuck with it. I am a better person because of yoga.

    All the teachers are exceptional but Flor has to be the most amazing teacher I ever had. She not only is passionate about her practice but also caring for her students.
